Upmarket: Exceptional quality, luxury accommodation (matching best international standards*). Highest standard of furnishings, flawless service, meticulous guest care.  Basic facilities include en-suite bathrooms, air-conditioning/ceiling fans, telephone, safe, tea- and coffee-making facilities, TV/TV lounge, laundry facilities, secure parking, swimming pool, dining/catering facilities, guest services desk, room service, mini bar, porters, as well as internet facilities.
