The Overberg is known as the most southerly area in South Africa and contains many little towns and areas that are well known, such as; Hermanus, Gansbaai, Cape Agulhas and Arniston. Gansbaai is a popular place to go to for Shark-Cage Diving and Hermanus is very popular during the whale season.
