Safari Description

On this overland safari, you will travel to three Southern African countries: Namibia, Botswana and Zambia, starting in South Africa. A total of 9 nights is spent in lodges/chalets and 10 nights camping. A camping equivalent is also available with 2 nights in chalets, included in Swakopmund, and 17 nights camping.

  • Probably the highlight of all tours in Namibia: the awesome Namib Desert. One of the oldest deserts in the world, it is also the site of the highest dunes in the world
  • Swakopmund - one of Namibia's biggest attractions is a charming town on the west coast, famous for its lovely architecture and German atmosphere
  • Etosha National Park: one of Africa's biggest game reserves in Africa. After passing Western Caiprivi and crossing into Botswana we arrive at one of the largest inland river deltas
  • The Okavango Delta - one of the world's most beautiful places - we go on mokoros (dugout canoes) to view splendid animal and birdlife
  • Chobe National Park – Botswana’s premier game viewing destination with a high elephant population
  • Livingstone – the Zambian side of the Victoria Falls – the largest curtain of water in the world Ample optional activities are available in Cape Town, Livingstone and Swakopmund
